Air Conditioning in London - Air pollution

According to recent news, London breached the legal limit for air pollution for the entirety of 2017, in just the first 5 days of the year. This caused Mayor Sadiq Khan to issue air pollution warnings across the capital city – with signs and warnings now visible at transport stations and on road signs across 17 boroughs of London.

The rising levels of air pollution is expected to affect the quality of life of workers and residents within the city, particularly those with existing and underlying medical conditions such as asthma, as Mr Khan describes the situation as a “Public health emergency”.
